Position: Customer Support Engineer for Kooomo in Dublin
We are looking to add to our Project Team, a Customer Support Engineer, whose primary focus is to handle support issues for all Commerce Cloud clients. The clients will be mainly Web Agencies and big Clients with an internal IT department. This position is for someone who is highly motivated, self-directed and has a desire to work on a cloud-based eCommerce platform. This individual must possess excellent analytical and communication skills and have the desire to deliver outstanding support. Technical ability is a big plus.

Position: Experienced Telesales person
Our product has been on market in Ireland for 15 years and we now seek to open/explore the U.K. market by accessing a data-base which targets potential customers directly. The position is short-term initially but if you can achieve positive results, we would be happy to explore opportunities for a full-time position. The purpose of this short-term project (1-3 months and part-time) is to investigate the potential market for an Irish-manufactured power tool which is ready for launch in the U.K.

Position: Seeking a paid intern for administrative duties
Ruth Noble Interiors is an interiors consultancy service which meets the requirements of all properties and lifestyles. Offering single consultations or ongoing input. Creating, developing and customising interior schemes from conception to completion or on a stage by stage basis, in line with individual requirements and tastes.
Based in the Guinness Enterprise Centre, with numerous new and ongoing projects; the business continues to prosper. We are seeking a paid intern, which could potentially lead to a part time position within the company.
The business was set up in June 2016, the website went live in September. We currently offer an interiors consultancy service, we will expand and diversify this year with the addition of an online store. The projects we manage are highly diverse and interesting; primarily residential projects in Dublin, Meath, Kildare and Wicklow. The services we offer range from one off consultations to ongoing project management. We collaborate with architects, contractors and estate agents, consulting with multiple private clients, suppliers, tradespeople and specifiers on a daily basis. We create schemes, specify and source all fittings, fabric, furniture, lighting and flooring relevant to the schemes, depending on the clients requirements.
We are looking for an energetic intern with qualifications/experience or a background in the home interiors industry, either from a design or retail perspective. We would also consider individuals with aspirations to move in to the area of interiors and a passion for design, textiles, materials and finishes. A good sense for business, ecommerce and budgeting would be a plus.

Position: Customer Success Manager
We are currently looking for an amazingly talented person to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a CSM you will manage every step of the customer lifecycle of our global customer base, to ensure they get the most value from the Qualio platform.
You will work with our customers on a consistent basis to understand their goals, aligning them with the necessary resources to achieve them. You will be their trusted advisor in the implementation of the Qualio Platform and provide best practice advice in doing so. You will also be proactive in developing success plans and playbooks for customers and look to build relationships beyond people using the Qualio platform every day.
Your day-to-day is a mix of proactive and reactive work. The proactive work includes running QBR meetings, where you review their progress in line with their success plans and goals, make strategic and tactical recommendations, and keep them up to date on our product development and features. The reactive will include answering product questions, track feature requests, report and escalate issues to engineering, and act as the bridge between our customers and our product design and development teams.
Along with this, you will work side by side with our VP of Customer Success in designing and implementing additional success programs across our customer base. Ensuring these provide real value to our customers and are scalable as the company grows.
