05 Dec Apply for ‘Going for Growth’ today!

A call out was made this week for suitable candidates for a new cycle of Going for Growth

Going for Growth is open to women entrepreneurs, across all sectors, whose main business is located in the Republic of Ireland. Whatever the size of the business at present, the application will be considered if a strong growth ambition can be demonstrated. Thanks to the support of Enterprise Ireland and of KPMG, there is no charge to suitable entrepreneurs for participation in the round tables. They just have to cover their own expenses.

To be considered suitable for participation, the entrepreneur should already be the owner manager of a business of which she is a major shareholder and key influencer. Suitable applicants need to demonstrate significant aspiration for growth and should be working full time on the business. It is expected that the business will have been trading for at least two years. Only in exceptional cases will a business at an earlier stage be considered. Applications from those who have been trading for a shorter period must already be trading and demonstrate that the product/service is highly innovative in nature, has a longer development cycle than the norm and has exceptional growth potential. All applicants must indicate the manner in which they expect to benefit from the support offered by Going for Growth.

If you think that the above description fits someone you know and think that they should be considered for inclusion in the forthcoming cycle, please ask them to register their interest on the website www.goingforgrowth.com and we will send them out an application form immediately.

Please note that the final date for receipt of completed application forms is Friday 8th December 2017.

If you have any queries about the application process or about Going for Growth more generally, please do not hesitate to contact Paula directly via email
